Top-Quality Cleaning Services in Northwest Bellevue, WA
How does your pricing work?
We price per job and not per hour. Common factors included are drive time, risk, and materials needed. Past clients like the per job approach because the price quoted is always the price billed.
High Rise Buildings?
Yes, we work on medium-tall buildings, but limit height to 6 stories maximum. Sorry, no skyscrapers.
How often should I get my windows cleaned?
To keep your house looking sharp all year long we recommend a seasonal service (3-4 times a year). When on-site we also keep an eye out for any preventative maintenance issues.
What if it’s raining?
Rain is of course a regular factor in our climate. The good news is that although heavy horizontal rain may leave water spots, the eves of most homes substantially protect the glass. We are always prepared to work despite the elements.
What precautions do you take while in my home or building?
You will never know we were there. We utilize shoe covers, drop cloths, and only allow vetted and highly trained technicians in your home. In short, we treat your home or building like it’s our own. In the unlikely event of any damage, we will take responsibility and work towards a solution you are satisfied with.
Do you clean downspouts?
We do. Generally speaking our method for cleaning the gutters takes care of this. However, if you have a particularly challenging downspout we have the equipment to get things flowing again. Whether above ground or below ground clogs, we have the equipment to meet your needs.
Do you leave gutter debris on the ground?
No way! We take as much time as needed to ensure the ground is clean before we leave.
How do you clean roofs?
Our basic gutter cleaning service usually includes getting major roof debris off your roof pending accessibility. This service goes a long way in maintaining a roof’s lifespan. We also will provide a moss treatment which kills spores in a week or two, and inhibits its future growth. If needed, we can remove the majority of the moss by hand.
