Bellevue Botanical Garden was established in 1992 by the Bellevue Botanical Garden Society. The area features 53 acres of cultivated display gardens, natural wetlands, and a forest. In addition, they have a variety of Youth & Children’s Programs, including the Living Lab Elementary Program, Kids in the Garden Preschool, and Youth & Children’s Workshops. Plus, there are plenty of webinars and lectures for adults too!
One of its most popular events is Garden D’Lights, during which the Garden illuminates with over half a million lights. In addition, local artists display and sell their work during Arts in the Garden, and live music performances are held throughout the gardens. This is a lovely place to visit all year round!
